Returns & Exchanges Policy

Each piece at Jewels by Simtim is handcrafted with love and attention to detail, making every creation one of a kind.

As our jewellery is handmade, there may be slight variations in color, stone placement, or design compared to the product images shown online. These subtle differences are what make each piece unique and add to its artisanal beauty.

Please review the product description carefully and refer to the size or customization details before placing your order. Also, check the item status — Ready to Ship or Made to Order — as policies differ accordingly:

  • Ready to Ship: Exchanges accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Made to Order: As these pieces are specially handcrafted for you, exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

For exchanges or queries, please contact simrat@jewelsbysimtim.com with your order details and photographs (if applicable). Our team will review and assist you promptly.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we’ll always try to help where possible.

  • For Ready-to-Ship Items: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the item is likely already in transit.

  • For Made-to-Order Items: These are handcrafted exclusively for you. Cancellations are accepted within 48 hoursof placing the order. After this, cancellations cannot be accommodated as production begins immediately.

To request a cancellation, please email simrat@jewelsbysimtim.com with your order number. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days once confirmed.

Repairs

We offer repair and replating services for all Jewels by Simtim creations.

If you would like your piece repaired, please email simrat@jewelsbysimtim.com with details and photos of the item. Our team will provide an estimate for the service.
Please note that repair and shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Additional Information

This policy does not cover damage caused by daily wear, accidents, mishandling, or third-party alterations.

Jewels by Simtim makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding any product, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
