At Jewels by Simtim, we take pride in ensuring your jewelry reaches you securely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on our website and mobile app (jewelsbysimtim.com), powered by Spree Commerce.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, processing usually takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.
- Made-to-order or customized pieces may take additional time, depending on production schedules. Estimated timelines will be shared at checkout or via email.
- You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We work with reliable domestic and international logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your jewelry.
- Within India: Orders are shipped via Blue Dart, DTDC, or Delhivery.
- International Orders: Shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS, depending on destination and service availability.
All shipments include tracking information, which you can access through your account on jewelsbysimtim.com or via the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
3. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Shipping (within India): Complimentary for all orders above ₹5,000. A flat fee may apply for orders below this value.
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and courier rates.
- All shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed before payment is completed.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: 7–15 business days after dispatch (may vary based on customs clearance).
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or carrier delays.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country.
- These charges are not included in the order amount and must be paid by the recipient directly to the customs or courier service.
- Jewels by Simtim is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by local customs authorities.
6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can also view your order status under “My Orders” in your account dashboard on jewelsbysimtim.com (a feature supported by Spree Commerce’s order tracking module).
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to most countries worldwide; however, some regions may have import restrictions on fine jewelry or precious metals.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted zones.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions or courier limitations.
8. Risk of Loss and Insurance
All orders are securely packaged and insured until delivery.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping address provided.
- If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at simrat@jewelsbysimtim.comwithin 48 hours of receiving (or expected receipt of) the order.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, provided the case falls under the courier’s insurance terms.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for redelivery.
- Orders cannot be rerouted once dispatched.
10. Delayed or Missing Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:
- Check your tracking link for live updates.
- Verify your address and contact details in your account.

11. Multiple Shipments
In cases where your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately to ensure timely delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, where applicable.
